He Leadeth Me!

God is So Good, Amazing, plain AWEsome!!!!. He guides me, leads me, watches over me. What other God cares so much for such a lowly creature?

Praise God!

God has been so good to me, blessing me without measure and leading me into exciting directions! He’s at work in my life, and I am thankful for all that He’s done and continues to do. He’s strengthened me during tough times and helped me to get through them. He opens doors of opportunity and guides me through them. In short, His grace overflows in my life; I have gotten way more than I could ever deserve. Thank you, Lord Jesus!

God is SO Good!

God is SO good!….all the time!

He gives me rest in time of struggle, His blessings never cease and overflow abundantly. He guides me to good waters, to green pastures; there’s nothing my God cannot do! He gives grace to the humble, strength to the weary. He guides my hand and helps me to succeed in my endeavors. To God be ALL the glory, both for the present blessings (for without Him I could do nothing, without Him I’d surely fail), and for the great things He has done, the chief of which is allowing His one and only beloved Son to act as a substitute and atonement for my sins.

His grace, goodness, and mercy overwhelming, what a wonderful and mighty God we serve! His love endures forever.

Though I stumble in the darkness, gripe, complain, curse, and fail in so many ways, He has never let go and has NEVER given up on me. Millions serve Him, yet He still gives me the attention that I need. Though I speak to Him but infrequently, His ears are always open and patient, just like a father eager to listen to his child.

God is pretty Amazing!

Oh if only I would be more obedient, more willful servant to the Master who loves me so!

Oh give thanks to the LORD, for He is good;

For His lovingkindness is everlasting.

(Psalm 106:1b)

May this serve as a reminder that, even when times are rough and tough, when the waves are high and the story seas nearly overwhelm me, that God is my anchor, my solid Rock. For I stand not upon my own strength, but on this solid Rock, on this unshakable foundation, certain, tried and true. When bad things come, may I not forget that there are good times as well, and that these troubles will last for only a short while. For there will be relief, both in this day and in the age to come. Blessed be the Lord God Almighty, may the earth see His Glory!

Bless the Lord, O My Soul

Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name. Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget none of His benefits; who pardons all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with lovingkindness and compassion; who satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle.

The LORD performs righteous deeds and judgments for all who are oppressed. He made known His ways to Moses, His acts to the sons of Israel. The LORD is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abounding in lovingkindness.  He will not always strive with us, nor will He keep His anger forever. He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor rewarded us according to our iniquities.  For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is His lovingkindness toward those who fear Him.  As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. Just as a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him. For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust.

As for man, his days are like grass; as a flower of the field, so he flourishes. When the wind has passed over it, it is no more, and its place acknowledges it no longer. But the lovingkindness of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children’s children, to those who keep His covenant and remember His precepts to do them.

The LORD has established His throne in the heavens, and His sovereignty rules over all. Bless the LORD, you His angels, mighty in strength, who perform His word, obeying the voice of His word!  Bless the LORD, all you His hosts, you who serve Him, doing His will. Bless the LORD, all you works of His, in all places of His dominion;
